Shipping Policy:

We ship items from our Sparkle Studio in Denver, CO within 7 business days. The speed in which your item arrives depends on the shipping speed chosen at checkout.

Incorrect Addresses
We do not replace or refund orders delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by buyers. Please triple check that your shipping address is your current address and that it's spelled correctly before completing your purchase.

Items arriving late for an event:
We do not accept returns just because an order arrived after your deadline. All shipping estimates are estimates and are not guarantees. If you have a tight deadline, you can email us using our contact form to discuss expedited shipping options to meet your deadline before you place your order. This way, we are all on the same page with deadlines and expectations.

Returns Policy:

When customers reach out to us inquiring about a return, it’s usually because they are having trouble stamping their cookies. Don’t fear, we are here to help you troubleshoot!

Use our recipe for the best results, but there’s a few other other troubleshooting tips:

  • Double check that you are using unsalted butter. We've found that this can greatly affect results.
  • Make sure that the butter is room temperature when mixing your ingredients together. When butter is at room temperature, it blends more smoothly with sugar and you won’t get lumps of butter in dough.
  • Check that your oven is at the correct temperature. Oven thermometers work great for this.
  • If your dough is sticking to the stamp, be sure to rub flour into the dough before you use the stamp and apply pressure. If you forget this step, the dough will definitely stick in the crevices.
  • Your dough also might be sticking because it has gotten too warm. Try chilling the dough for a bit in the refrigerator and try again. You want your dough to be soft enough to make an impression, but not too soft or else it will stick. It might take a bit of practice to find the right level of softness.
  • Are your impressions disappearing while baking? Be sure to refrigerate your stamped cookies for at least 20 minutes before putting them in the oven. You might even want to pop them in the freezer for 30 mins! Chilled dough holds its shape better because the cold temperature solidifies the butter within the dough, preventing it from melting and spreading too quickly when baked, resulting in a cookie that maintains its intended shape in the oven.

We take great pride in our products and want you to be satisfied with your order! If you experience any problems with your order, please use our contact form and reach out to us within 14 days of delivery. We will not accept or process unauthorized returns.

You will be responsible for return shipping charges on your order. If Bake Bake Hooray provides a return label, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you received free shipping on your order when you made your purchase, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs as well as the return shipping costs when you return all or part of your order. The original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Issues must be brought to our attention within 7 days of the item being marked as delivered.
