Shipping Policy:
We ship items from our Sparkle Studio in Denver, CO within 3 business days. The speed in which your item arrives depends on the shipping speed chosen at checkout.
Incorrect Addresses
We do not replace or refund orders delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by buyers. Please triple check that your shipping address is your current address and that it's spelled correctly before completing your purchase.
Items arriving late for an event:
We do not accept returns just because an order arrived after your deadline. All shipping estimates are estimates and are not guarantees. If you have a tight deadline, you can email us using our contact form to discuss expedited shipping options to meet your deadline before you place your order. This way, we are all on the same page with deadlines and expectations.
Returns Policy:
When customers reach out to us inquiring about a return, it’s usually because they are having trouble stamping their cookies. Don’t fear, we are here to help you troubleshoot!
Use our recipe for the best results, but there’s a few other other troubleshooting tips:
- Are you using unsalted butter? Double check! This can greatly affect results.
- Are you using room temperature butter when mixing your ingredients together?
- Is your oven at the correct temperature? You might need to check with an oven thermometer.
- Is your dough sticking to the stamp? Be sure to rub flour into the dough before you use the stamp and apply pressure. If you forget this step, the dough will definitely stick and we know how frustrating that is.
- Your dough also might be sticking because it has gotten too warm. Try chilling it for a bit in the refrigerator and try again. Also, make sure your stamp is totally dry before trying and stamping again.
- Are your impressions disappearing when taken out of the oven? Be sure to refridgerate your stamped cookies for at least 20 minutes before putting them in the oven?

We take great pride in our products and want you to be satisfied with your order! If you experience any problems with your order, please use our contact form and reach out to us within 14 days of delivery. We will not accept or process unauthorized returns.
Due to the custom nature of our products, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your order return total. We do this because the customized item cannot be resold or reused and ends up in the landfill.
You will be responsible for return shipping charges on your order. If Bake Bake Hooray provides a return label, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you received free shipping on your order when you made your purchase, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs as well as the return shipping costs when you return all or part of your order. The original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Issues must be brought to our attention within 7 days of the item being marked as delivered.
